just been put on the market for sale
Sorry, can't help you on that. I only came across it because I happened to drive past it last summer.
its a shame this place is just left to rot and fall in to disrepair i would love to buy this and renovate it but don't seem possible with the tenant what a shame ....
as far as i know it was closed down by the royal bank of scotland
The Blacwater never had a tenant .it was always a free house and it was the Bank of Scotland that closed it down. It is now for sale for renovation or conversion
If anyone is interested, i am the new owner of the property so if you would like to get in touch, just email me on firstname.lastname@example.org

Is the Blackwater Inn open now (2017)?We stayed there many years ago in the mid 1990s with my stepson who would have been around 5yrs old at the time. We did a Learn to Ski package at Glenshee.Would love to be able to see it again one day....We're visiting Oban for a few days very soon but not sure when we will next get up to Scotland.
