The Booth Hall

The Booth Hall, Hereford

The weeds are growing up in the outside drinking area of this impressive Georgian pub in a back street just off the city’s central square. Still open on StreetView.

  1. An interesting building dating back to the 1400s, situated in the city centre.

  2. I seem to remember this being closed when I visited Hereford about twenty years ago, but obviously it has reopened and closed again since.

It's interesting how, in Hereford, there are three pubs tucked away in that area at the back of High Town - the Lichfield Vaults and the Grapes both seemed to be doing OK.
